At Elnurpay.ink, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and web design services. Since our products are digital services and consulting, which cannot be «returned» physically, we have established clear rules for refunds to ensure fairness for both parties.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase under the following conditions:

• Service Not Started: A full refund (minus a 5% administrative fee) is available if work on your project has not yet commenced.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service by mistake.
• Technical Failure: If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical issues on our side that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Project Completion: Once a digital project (e.g., website design or SEO audit) has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Approval Given: If you have already approved the initial design concepts or project milestones.
• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer need the service after the work has already started.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

All refund requests must be sent to our support email. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used on Volet.com. Please allow **5-10 business days** for the funds to appear in your account.
